Brett Sheridan — Founder & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Brett is our founder and Creative Director, bringing more than 25 years’ of senior experience in sales and marketing. As Sales & Marketing Director for a well-known Solihull business, he played a pivotal role in transforming the company from a small local operation into an established household name that included service-based lead generation and sales, business to consumer sales (B2C), business to business sales (B2B), and ecommerce. His strategic leadership, deep understanding of the digital landscape, and commercial expertise were key contributors to the business’s success and, ultimately its multi-million-pound acquisition in 2025.
His career is built on a proven track record of growth, innovation, and a deep understanding of what truly works – and what doesn’t – in the world of sales and marketing.
A creative thinker and natural problem-solver, Brett has been passionate about photography since childhood. Over the last decade, he’s worked professionally across the UK, capturing everything from exhibitions and town-centre events, to brand imagery and weddings – a journey that led to the launch of Perfect Moment Photography, now run by his wife, Bex.
Always evolving with the digital landscape, Brett has spent the past ten years mastering content videography to meet the growing demand for online visual storytelling. As a hands-on business owner, he’s often on set, ensuring every project reflects the quality and creativity Solihull Media Works is known for.
Bex Sheridan — Photographer
Bex is a highly experienced professional photographer and owner of Perfect Moment Photography, with more than 10 years’ behind the lens. Her artistic eye, attention to detail, and instinct for composition have earned her the trust of some of the UK’s largest organisations, as well as countless individuals and small businesses.
Whether she’s shooting a corporate event or capturing authentic brand imagery, Bex brings warmth, creativity, and a polished professional finish to every project.
